Purchasing a Wig

• Please read all information when choosing a "Ready to Ship" wig.
• All specs on the wigs are provided in the information tab.
• Please make sure you know your head measurements before purchasing a wig.
• Due to the nature of our products, there are NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping

• Our main carrier is USPS.
• "Ready to Ship" wigs will ship in 1-3 business days, once payment has been processed.
• Once your wig has been dropped off at the postal service, a tracking number will be emailed to the email you provided when you placed your order.
• Once your package is with the post office carrier, we are not responsible for your package.
